🌻 The Truth About How I Write
I have good days and tough ones — let’s start there.
My body plays a big part in how I move through life, and my work environment?
Whew… it brings its own challenges.
So no, I don’t walk around pretending I have all the answers.
I’m seasoned, not perfect.
I’ve lived enough life to know a thing or two worth sharing.
And I’m still curious enough to keep learning what I don’t know.
One of my passions is researching — digging deeper into things that confuse me, interest me, or challenge my understanding.
And trust me, with the world we’re living in right now, I get challenged daily.
My topics come from everywhere:
• life experiences
• a conversation with a patient
• something a coworker said
• a random post on social media
• a moment I witnessed
• a memory that rises up out of nowhere
Life hands me ingredients, and I turn them into stories.
Blogging has become my healing space —my way to ask the hard questions, to process the things I didn’t grow up understanding,
to sit with my confusion,
to name the places I struggle,
and to be honest about what makes sense to me… and what doesn’t.
Because here’s the truth:
The world today feels like a brand-new education.
Some of it I embrace.
Some of it I don’t.
But what I will do is give myself credit for trying —
for showing up with an open mind,
for listening,
for learning,
and for having the courage to say:
“This part doesn’t make sense to me… and that’s okay.”
Writing is part of my daily recipe.
Every blog is a dish I create —
a little wisdom,
a little humor,
a little real-life seasoning,
and a whole lot of heart.
I mix the ingredients life hands me and serve them to you with the hope that something in them nourishes you as much as the writing nourishes me.
