So many reasons to be mindful.

– Take of your health/Take care of your life before you can TrueType take care of others

– Tomorrow is not promised/Express love and appreciate to and for those who matter

– Find reasons to smile, smiles are contagious and life changing…there is always something to be grateful for…so smile

– If you want a different life, you have to do some things differently. Commit to yourself….you are worth it

– Set a good example for the young people around you, they are paying attention

– You control so much of your life, so be mindful of what you consume Mind-Body-Spirit

– Be responsible for your life with your life
