
Don’t just jump out there with a Project without understanding the steps you need to take to make it a success.

- Rewrite it
- Do research
- Create A Budget
- Identify the people needed and the role that they will play through their expertise
- Have meetings
- Create a checklist to keep you on track
- Implement
- Evaluate the process and if it’s working
- Revisit The Budget
- Redesign if necessary
- Ask for advice from someone you know will know
- Execute
The Steps Are Important
But the steps can always be changed if it’s not advancing you towards the finished line.
I would recommend that you debrief once the project is completed with your team. I feel it is helpful to go over the pros and cons, to help with the next project.
