Do you ever think about who creates what captures your attention and why it captured your interest?

I feel that we are so disconnected with embracing creativity in the 21st century. So much cones down to hype and popularity verses the quality, story, feeling and experience.

ART and creativity was once based off a feeling and a story…even if we didn’t know the background, there was something in the ART that allowed us to create our own unique experience. A song the marked a memorable moment, a visual that imprinted a lasting memory, a smell that helps recapture a moment in time.

The days when we could relate to ART. Those moments create a real connection in the experience of the Artists vision of their relationship with us.

The Creation From The Heart with real purpose and connectivity.

When I experience ART today, it at times feels like a blur with nothing standing out. I feel somewhat desensitized to creativity. The story and connection feels like it’s missing…the creating from the heart feels lacking.

It feels more that creatives are trying to find the popular angle to gain attention, than to create a unique, memorable craving for us to own our own experience and want came from them.

My generation came up with Music that allowed us to Feel an emotion or visuals and smells that became apart of our lives. To this day, we can tell you stories based off of how ART played a role in our lives journey.

I would love to experience more from those creatives who allow us to embrace their ART as our own.
