Doing Me

It’s interesting when people make what I’m doing about themselves, than to just accept I am doing what I choose to do for myself.

I don’t have an answer for my why, it’s just what feels right for me.

So, I am staying to myself, not talking to many people and not getting out to see people.

I know there are people who are upset that I have not seen nor talked to them on the phone.

Honestly, I just doing feel like talking when I come home from work. I am on the phone got 8 hours a day…it’s too much. Plus, I don’t have much to talk about.

I have not had the desire to get out and about amongst people. I don’t know if it has to do with how isolated my life became in Vegas during Covid or that life in Vegas took a toll on my spirit.

My life is simple, with no stress or time frame beyond the normal of family and work.

Why do people make what I’m doing for myself, about them?

When I am ready, I will be in more communication with people, along with come out to socialize. But for now, I’m doing me, myself and I.

My life feels really good to me, and I am embracing the quiet and calm.
