What is your favorite place to go in your city?

Lake Washington is a place of Peace, the ever flowing calm of Seattle. People come to sit and relax, toss a line out to fish from the docks, while others walk the lake and children play.

The home of the summer hydroplane races and Seafair festivities.

As a teenager and young adult, we would gather to drive the loop up into the hills of Seward Park. Music, Cars and People cruising to see who came out as some would polish their cars.

Even in the Fall, the beauty is seen and felt.

From my childhood to now in my 60’s, this lake has been apart of wonderful memories with family and friends.

When I was living in Vegas, we kept talking about how much I missed the water and sitting by Lake Washington.

Seattle, Washington’s Lake Washington is such a beautiful place to experience no matter the Season. But in the Spring, when the Cherry Blossoms are in bloom…I for sure will be posting pictures.

I’m so happy to be back home and to be able to experience life as I have known it and to create new memories by my favorite lake.
