If you post about a negative. Think about following up with a solution to turn it into a positive.

So many conversations over the years have been around the focus of a problem…
-Life problem
-Job problem
-Family problem
-Relationship problem
-Money problem
-Weather problem
-Time problem
-Problem solving problem
—You get the idea, so much of out life if focused on the problems that life puts before us.

At my age, and if I was to be asked that question of, “What advice would you give to your younger self?” I honestly would tell myself to look within, so much of my life challenges have come from not understanding that different people have different perspectives on the same thing. That not everyone hears what we want them to hear out of a conversation. That so much of the problems that I take personally and react from emotions that can make matters worse. So, I am learning more and more to own my own stuff…why do I feel the way I do and should I express it or step away and be quiet.

But there is another side of me, that when I see a problem and I can visualize a solution, I will share my thoughts with those that it may impact or can implement if they see that it makes sense. I do not like to sit back and see that there are things that need solutions and then to act. I want to be a part of the process to find a solution to problems that will eliminate the concern. It’s hard to have the same conversation with people over and over and we do not try to find a solution to rectify the problem or to at least find a solution that eliminates the feelings we have around it.

Sometimes the solutions can be right in front of our face…the hard part is taking action to eliminate the problem.
What could a new solution look like:
-To not reacting
-To not take something personal
-Saving money, and not touching it so when a financial challenge arises you have something to pull from
-Finding a new job
-Ending an unhealthy relationship

I would encourage you to take action as we come to the end of another year and head into a new one. Self-reflection is important, to see what we can do differently to create a more favorable outcome for ourselves and those that matter to us. Be apart of the solutions to life challenges and stop following in the complaining cycle with friends, family, and outer circle. There is never growth in constant complaining….it leaves us Stuck and Miserable.

Wither you are dealing with personal, professional and community challenges…you want to get around people to take action and are mindful that we can create solutions. Even if you feel there is no movement, when you speak to those that believe in change…it brings hope that you can build with someone else (others) that see a brighter tomorrow. Sometimes, it is just one step at a time.
Be a part of the #Solution vs Being a part of the #Problem
