Sometimes the shift is subtle.
Other times, it sweeps in like a storm — fast, unexpected, and disorienting.
One day, you feel connected… understood… in sync with the people and space around you.
And then, seemingly overnight, the energy changes.
Familiarity becomes distance.
Comfort becomes caution.
Purpose starts to feel… a little blurry.
🌿 I’ve been moving through a shift lately.
A shift in dynamics. In relationships. In how I’m perceived — and perhaps in how I’m expected to show up.
And while I won’t go into detail, I will say this:
It’s been hard.
Not because I’ve lost myself… but because I’ve had to hold onto myself more intentionally.

🌼 So how do I navigate this shift?
1. I Don’t Chase What’s Changing
Not everything that changes requires my correction. Some shifts aren’t mine to fix — they’re mine to move through. With stillness. With observation. With grace.
2. I Stay Rooted in My Why
Even when people shift, my purpose doesn’t. I still carry the same heart. The same passion. The same calming presence. That’s mine — no matter the environment.
3. I Choose Grace Over Bitterness
I could let silence, avoidance, or misunderstandings harden me. But I won’t. Grace is not weakness — it’s wisdom. And I still choose it.
4. I Let Go of What Is No Longer Mine to Carry
Sometimes roles evolve, influence shifts, or spaces make less room for who you once were. Instead of clinging, I gently release what’s no longer aligned — and refocus my energy on what still is.
💛 I’m still passionate. Still committed. Still here with purpose.
The shift may have changed the energy…
But it hasn’t changed me.
