The more I tune into how Iām doing each day, the better I can navigate life. Iāve discovered patternsālike when pain is more intense, when my sleep is restless, or when I havenāt hydrated enough. I now notice how food timing affects my energy, and how quiet time or prayer can bring balance.
Being mindful has helped me feel more in controlāand thatās something I didnāt even realize I was missing.
