🌻 Why I Started Tracking My Health: A Gentle Wake-Up Call

By Lady Flava aka Susan K | Lady Flava Wellness

Have you ever thought about tracking your health?

Has a doctor ever asked you to log your blood pressure, pain levels, or sleep for a certain amount of time?

The older I’ve gotten—and as health challenges have started to pop up—I’ve learned the value of paying closer attention. That’s when I began keeping track of my health and wellness in a way that made sense for me… not just for my doctors, but for my own peace of mind.

šŸ’” Awareness is Power

The more I tune into how I’m doing each day, the better I can navigate life. I’ve discovered patterns—like when pain is more intense, when my sleep is restless, or when I haven’t hydrated enough. I now notice how food timing affects my energy, and how quiet time or prayer can bring balance.

Being mindful has helped me feel more in control—and that’s something I didn’t even realize I was missing.

šŸ“’ It Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

Depending on where you are in your health and wellness journey, you might want to consider keeping track too. It doesn’t have to be fancy—just consistent and meaningful to you.

You can use it for your own awareness…

Or bring it to your doctor’s appointments to advocate for yourself.

Either way, it’s a powerful step toward healing and clarity.

🌼 Join Me on the Journey

If you’ve been feeling like your body is talking to you—but you’re not sure what it’s saying—this might be your sign to start listening with more intention.

I’ve created a free printable:

Let’s start tracking how we’re really doing. You deserve that kind of care.

šŸ’› Final Thought

It’s time to be mindful of where you are with your health…

Where you want to be…

And what it’s going to take to get there.

I see you. You matter.

Let’s do this together āœ”ļøāœ”ļø
