Dear Reader,
There’s a reason I sit down to write nearly every day.
It’s more than a habit.
More than a blog.
It’s a lifeline—a sacred space where my thoughts meet truth, where healing takes root, and where my voice is allowed to sing in full color.
I write because I’ve lived.
I’ve loved.
I’ve fallen.
I’ve gotten back up.
And I’ve learned the art of reflection through it all.
I write for me—to process pain, to understand joy, to breathe through chaos, and to center myself in peace.
But I also write for you—for the ones still trying to find the words for what they’re going through.
For those who need a soft landing place for their emotions.
For anyone who ever felt invisible, misunderstood, or silenced.
I am a storyteller, a survivor, an empath, and a work in progress.
I’ve supported artists, patients, elders, and strangers… but most importantly, I’ve learned to support myself.
Writing has become a mirror, a message, and a mission.
It helps me change the narrative—not just for my own healing, but for the legacy I hope to leave behind.
🌻 I want to be remembered as someone who led with kindness, stood with truth, and dared to speak even when her voice trembled.
🐆 I want to be remembered as Lady Flava—bold, soulful, layered, and unapologetically herself.
💓 I want to be remembered for writing with sincerity, honesty, and integrity… even when it was hard.
This space… this voice… this journey—it’s my offering.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for reading.
Thank you for walking beside me.
With love and light,
Susan K aka Lady Flava
