How Am I Feeling Right Now?

Honestly? I’m tired. I stayed in bed for hours last night but sleep didn’t find me until late, and 5:30am rolled around way too fast. My eyes are heavy, my body is dragging, and coffee feels like my best friend this morning.

But even in the middle of my sleepiness, I found a little joy—ordering Starbucks with a coworker. My Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Venti Latte paired with a Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffin was pure heaven 😁. Sometimes it’s the smallest comforts that help carry you through the day.

So how am I feeling right now? A mix of tired and steady. Worn down but grateful. A little bleary-eyed, but thankful for the small things that lift my spirit.

Sometimes “how we feel” is complicated. It’s not just one word—it’s layers of exhaustion, resilience, and sweetness all wrapped together. And I’m learning that it’s okay to honor the messy truth of it.
