🐾 Bean’s Health Report: The Last Day of Flu Shots
Simply Flava | Life & Storytelling
It was the final day for flu shots, and Lady Flava decided to take a stroll with K — one of the new humans — down to the shot station. K tried to play it cool, but she looked him dead in the eye and said,
“Don’t cry, or I can’t walk back to clinic with you.”
Bean nearly choked on his imaginary popcorn watching that one.
Downstairs, the shot ladies were in full hustle mode — calling out like carnival barkers trying to lure the last customers before closing time.
“Come on down! Last day for flu shots! Don’t make us beg!”
Bean swears he saw one of them wave a Band-Aid like it was a raffle ticket.
K survived — no tears, no drama — just a small Band-Aid and a big sigh. Lady Flava strutted back upstairs like she’d just coached a rookie through boot camp.
From his perch, Bean flicked his tail and said:
“Humans are dramatic. If they handed out cat treats instead of stickers, the line would’ve wrapped around the block.”
