Apparently Mom Has a Personal Trainer Now
By Bean š
Hello, Humans.
Bean here.
I need to discuss something that has been happening outside Momās Tower window.
There is a squirrel.
His name is Chip.
I donāt know who hired him, but apparently he has appointed himself Momās new personal trainer.
All morning this little creature has been running back and forth.
Across the wire.
Down the pole.
Back across the wire.
Into the cedar tree.
Then he comes back and does the whole thing again.
Iām exhausted just watching him.
Mom thinks maybe Chip is trying to get her attention.
I think heās trying to tell her:
āAgain, Susan! From the top! Wire to cedar! Cedar to pole! MOVE THOSE HIPS!ā šæļøš£š
First of allā¦
Sir.
She does not have a tail.
Second, Mom is working on those hips at her own speed.
She has yoga blocks, bands, a foam roller and enough exercise equipment around here already.
We do NOT need a squirrel adding another program.
Althoughā¦
I have to admit, his form is impressive.
The jumping needs work. Heās a little dramatic.
And now Mom says sheās waiting for Dale to show up with a clipboard as Chipās assistant trainer.
Great.
Two squirrels.
One clipboard.
And my mother doing hip exercises.
This Tower gets stranger every day.
Personally, I believe Mom should follow my exercise program:
Stretch.
Eat.
Walk around a little.
Look out the window.
Take a nap.
Repeat.
I have been following this program my entire life, and look at me.
Perfect.
Youāre welcome.
Until next time,
