🌱 What Are You Curious About?
(A Flava Reflection)
Curiosity has always been a quiet companion in my life.
It doesn’t shout—it whispers.
I’ve never been curious about how to solve complex equations or break down scientific formulas. My mind doesn’t light up at data charts or algorithm patterns. But hand me a story—an experience, a personality shift, a social dynamic—and I’ll lean in with my full heart.
I’m curious about:
Why people do what they do. How trauma shapes behavior. What makes someone light up or shut down. The ways we hold emotion in our bodies and how it either hardens us or heals us. How certain people remember every feeling and yet struggle to memorize instructions.
I’m curious about the parts of us we hide to survive.
And how we can learn to honor those parts instead.
These days, I’m most curious about myself.
Not in a self-centered way—but in a soul-centered way.
I want to understand how I’m wired, why I respond the way I do, and what makes me feel truly alive.
Curiosity, for me, is how I connect with others and with myself.
And the more I learn, the more I soften.
Because when you’re curious instead of judgmental… you grow.
So yes—I’m curious.
Curious about emotions, behavior, healing, connection, energy, and how we carry our stories.
I may not be able to calculate a formula… but I know how to feel my way through one.
