Graveyards & Grounding: What My TikTok Feed Says About Me

By Lady Flava 🌻

Let me tell you what TikTok has taught me about myself…

I am the kind of woman who scrolls past dance trends and lip-syncs, and lands right in the beautifully odd space between graveyards and grounding. 🕯🌲

On one side of my feed, I’m drawn in by Dalen Spratt, a cemetery spirit investigator who walks through graveyards with reverence, intuition, and deep ancestral presence. His calm, respectful approach to the unseen brings me peace. It’s spiritual. It’s soulful. It reminds me that we are more than this moment—that energy lingers, and some spirits just want to be seen. He gives voice to silence. And I love that.

On the other side of my feed, I’m mesmerized by bushcraft builders—those quiet geniuses who disappear into the forest and create breathtaking shelters from sticks, leaves, clay, and time. There’s no talking, no flash—just rhythm, nature, and resilience. It’s a lesson in simplicity and patience. Watching them is like meditation. Like witnessing the earth exhale.

So what does that say about me?

It says I am a woman of depth and grounding.

I honor the spirit world and root myself in nature.

I crave quiet, yet I’m not afraid of the dark.

I find beauty in the unseen and strength in the stillness.

That’s the space I exist in now—

Between what was, and what is being rebuilt.

I am not surprised my TikTok feed reflects that.

I am just grateful that, even through an app, I continue to find parts of myself.

🖤

“Graveyards & Bushcraft: My Human’s TikTok Obsession”

Let me tell you something about my human. While most people are watching dances or makeup tutorials on TikTok, she’s curled up on the couch watching ghost hunters talk to cemetery spirits… and rugged forest people build mud huts with their bare hands. 🙄

Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to manifest a self-cleaning litter box and a heated blanket that doesn’t judge my lifestyle.

But do I complain?

Nope.

Because I support her strange little joys. That’s what love looks like. Besides, the ghost guy is kinda cute. 👀💀
