🌻 Choosing Grace After Conflict
Sometimes we hold onto hurt because it feels safer than trusting again. But every so often, a small moment shifts the energy — a conversation, an apology, or even just the acknowledgment of value — and suddenly grace feels possible.
Today reminded me of that.
I realized that knowing someone values me, even after conflict, allows me to release old tension and move forward with a lighter spirit. Grace doesn’t mean forgetting what happened, but it does mean choosing not to let the past define the present.
I also experienced the beauty of honest connection. I had a heartfelt conversation that included openness, apologies, and even laughter. It ended with a hug and words of appreciation — a reminder that relationships can heal when both people are willing to meet in authenticity.
At the end of the day, I looked back with gratitude. Hard work, honesty, and kindness left things in good shape — not just the tasks, but the heart.
