My co-worker Rowena surprised me today with a treat from Joe & The Juice, and what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be!

From the first bite, I was sold. The crunchiness of the bread was perfection, giving way to layers of avocado, tomato, tuna mousse, and vegan pesto that came together in a flavorful, refreshing blend. Every bite was balanced, hearty, and satisfying without being heavy.
