300 days.

Yeah… I said it.

300 days of showing up, writing, sharing, and keeping it real.

And if you think that just happens on perfect days…

let me tell you what I’m looking at right now.

Rain.

The kind that sits heavy in the sky like it’s not going anywhere.

The tower window view?

Gray.

Quiet.

Still.

One cat posted up watching the outside like it’s a full-time job.

Another one? Curled up, minding their business like they already clocked out. 🐾

And her, Lady Flava…

Headset on.

On the phone.

Handling real life.

Hips a little slow today… body asking her to take it easy…

But she’s still here.

Still showing up.

And that’s what 300 days really looks like.

Not:

“I feel good every day.”

But:

“I show up anyway.”

Rainy days.

Workdays.

Body not cooperating days.

Still writing.

Still reflecting.

Still giving a piece of herself every single day.

That’s not motivation.

That’s commitment.

So yeah… I’m gonna toot this horn one more time…

This is what consistency actually looks like.

Real life happening…

and you still choose to show up.
