🌻 Today’s Victory

Today, I enjoyed something that made me smile without feeling like I overdid it.

Kiki and I ordered Starbucks, and I found a new favorite drink. What made it special wasn’t just the flavor—it was realizing how much my tastes have changed over the years.

I used to enjoy much sweeter drinks, but after cutting back on sugar and choosing water most of the time, I discovered that this Refresher was just the right amount of sweet for me.

Sometimes progress isn’t about giving something up forever.

Sometimes it’s about discovering that what truly satisfies you has changed.
