Evening A Taste of Flava 🌻

Today was a very busy day on the phones. I tried to keep an eye out for my bird friends, but those back-to-back calls made it challenging.

I really wanted a good picture of Pretty Boy, my Steller’s Jay with his stylish blue Mohawk. But I swear he was teasing me this morning. A three-second stop, and away he went. Just enough time for me to spot him—but get a picture? Nope! 🤣💙

I’m feeling much better today. My pain was manageable while sitting at my desk, and my spirit was calm. After how I felt yesterday, I appreciated that peace.

There was a little more progress with my surgery aftercare, too. My physical therapy with Rachel is worked out and confirmed. I’m so glad to be back with someone who knows me and my body. Getting that settled helped me breathe a little easier.

And the day turned out to be beautiful. Blue skies, sunshine, and 66 degrees—it feels amazing.

A busy workday, a calmer spirit, and a few little bird visits in between. I’m grateful. 🙏🏼
