So they need to play a role that is needed, can commit and is effective at what role the play.
Now the diagram above may not fit your needs in you business or project, but it should give you an idea of what a Solid Team should consist of.
Many times in an indie arena we do a lot ourselves (and we may not be good at everything,). we have friends and family helping who are good at what we need nor committed. We allow too many doing something and not enough others to balance out all that needs to be done. The team is not balanced or effective.
One of the things I have spoken on for years, everyone that is apart of the project is responsible to have an excitement about the project to share and invite their network to come out for the experience. Everyone Should Promote.
The more excitement and more people sharing, the more people will attend or come out. You want a buzz going around the different social medias. You should want to get the word out to New People and go beyond your regular support and attendees.
So Your Teams, Everyone On Your Team should be Promoting.
