š» Gratitude from the Heart of Lady Flava
By Susan K. aka Lady Flava
Iām grateful for growth.
For the lessons that shaped me and the grace that carried me.
Iām grateful to have a safe place to be my authentic self,
To share my truth without fearā¦
To simply be me.
Iām grateful that I love to writeā
Even if Iām not the best at it,
It fuels my soul and gives my spirit a place to breathe.
Iām grateful that I was raised by loving Christian parents
Who gave me consistency, safety, and unconditional love.
Iām grateful that I love creativityā
Because the world is far more beautiful with art, music, words, and imagination.
Iām grateful for the awe of sunrises and the hush of sunsets.
Iām grateful for that first deep breath in the morning
When my eyes open to a brand-new day.
Iām grateful for the love and care from my girlsā
They show it in their own ways, and I feel it always.
Iām grateful for my life, and the joy of exploring all that I may become.
Iām grateful for grace⦠and my faith in God,
Who walks beside me through every chapter.
Iām grateful for My Loveā¦
My Peaceā
The one who holds space for my soul in quiet and in storm. š
Iām grateful for this journey of becomingā¦
Becoming more me,
Becoming more free,
Becoming more whole.
And Iām deeply grateful to have a space where I can share all of thisā¦
Without hesitation.
With love,

š A Closing Prayer on Gratitude
May you wake each day with a heart that whispers thank youā
Even when the path feels heavy,
Even when the light is still rising.
May you find beauty in small things:
The quiet breath, the warm touch, the kind word,
The sunrise that kisses your windowā¦
Reminding you that youāre still here,
Still growing, still becoming.
May you honor your journeyā
With all its bends and blessings.
And may gratitude be the melody
That carries you through the unknown.
May you feel love where you need it most,
Peace where itās been missing,
And grace for yourselfā
In the tender spaces only you can feel.
And tonight, as you rest,
May you know you are not alone.
You are held. You are guided.
And you are deeply, beautifully loved.
Amen.
With gratitude,
Lady Flava
