Today Was a Day…

Today was one of those days—busy phones, challenges, and frustrations. But in the middle of it all, I found ways to bring light in:

I laughed at the unexpected humor that popped up. I grabbed a snack in Dr. David’s team office. I was gifted a couple of Vietnamese coffee packets—perfect for my next updated review. And best of all, I tuned out the frustrations by letting Poopsie carry me home while I sang and car-danced to “Oldies But Goodies.”

Life will always bring challenges. But I remind myself to always look for the humor, the kindness, and the little joys that soften the sting. And when all else fails… turn the music up and dance. 🎶💃🏽
