What’s My Favorite Word?

When I first read this question, I laughed. How could I possibly choose just one word when words are my playground? Each word I love holds a piece of who I am, a layer of my journey, and a flavor of my story.

✨ Flava — This word is my signature, my brand, my legacy. It started in my coffee house, and it has become the name I carry in every creative corner of my life. Flava is a taste, a style, a feeling… it’s my way of showing up.

✨ Gratitude — A daily practice, a way of grounding myself when life gets messy. Gratitude shifts my focus, softens my heart, and reminds me that blessings are everywhere, even in small things.

✨ Peace — The energy I seek, the partner I love, and the calm I protect. Peace is what I fight for every day when I put on my sunflower blinders.

✨ Sunflower — A symbol of resilience. No matter how heavy the world feels, a sunflower always leans toward the light. And so do I.

So, what’s my favorite word? If I truly had to choose just one… it would be Flava. Because it holds all the others inside of it — gratitude, peace, and sunflowers are all part of my taste, my style, my feeling.
