I have gone back and forth for months on when I would return to blogging and what it would look like. My interests have shifted more towards aging, health and wellness and life in general.

I will always love and support arts and entertainment. Creativity is so important to how we experience life, so yes I will be sprinkling in my thoughts or experiences are arts and entertainment.

I have been on a journey, a healing journey for my mind, body and spirit. I could say this part of my life journey was long over due, but today I understand that everything came together as it was meant to be. I am so very grateful for this moment in my life. I am in a good place, not perfect but I’m proud of myself.

So, you’ll meet a different side of me that I believe is valuable and has much to share.

I appreciate being seasoned and aging into the later part of my journey. I look at my health and choices I have made that has affected my wellness.

I understand more and more my personal power in how everything in my life plays out.

Years ago my Daddy told me that my ministry was with creative soulz, he said it was not going to be easy but it was that God put me on. I took this to heart and was so committed to doing my best.

After a good solid 13+ years of working with hustling, amazing , gifted creative soulz…. I lost my passion and desire for the game. It took a tool on my spirit and even my confidence, I felt like I wasn’t valued. Maybe I aged out of an industry that stopped feeding my soul. So I just had to STOP.

I had honest conversations and passion grew more on sharing my health and wellness journey. What I thought, what I did or didn’t do, who to listen to or not…and then the shift to growing in knowledge with professional influence and common sense.

I’ve excited to turn the page of my story and share with you what is in me, that is dying to come out.

I am not a proper writer, I write as I hear in my head and feel it in my spirit.
