π» Waking Up with Intention π»
This morning I did something different β I woke up just a little earlier with the intention of setting the tone for a good day. Instead of rushing or debating if I should call off work, I gave myself time to breathe, move, and be grateful.
I started with the simple bed exercises my physical therapist gave me and stayed consistent for 30 minutes. Then I shifted into BreathWork and a Gratitude Meditation. It wasnβt about doing everything perfectly β it was about showing up for myself and giving my mind and body space to wake up gently.
And you know what? It made all the difference. I felt lighter, energized, and ready. I didnβt even entertain the thought of calling off β instead, I carried my sunflower blinders π» in my purse, a reminder to stay focused on positivity throughout the day.
Life even surprised me with a blessing β a deposit came through right on time. It felt like confirmation that when I prepare myself in the right spirit, the day flows with more ease.
π An Encouragement for You
Try waking up just a little earlier tomorrow. Give yourself five or ten minutes to stretch in bed, sip coffee in silence, write in your journal, or simply breathe. Small intentional choices at the start of the day can set the tone for everything that follows.

ππ» Flava Reminder
A few extra minutes in the morning can shift your whole day. Waking up with intention is a gift you give yourself.
