Blog Challenge|My Commitment To One Small Life Improvement

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

For me, it’s committing to purposeful movement.

I need to push myself to get up and move more — not just when I have to, but because my body and spirit deserve it. That means:

Walking the block out front Practicing the stairs Chair exercises Standing exercises Going to the pool Dancing around my space

Since my injury and disability with bilateral radiculopathy and hip arthritis, I’ve let my body grow weaker. My joints, core, and lungs need me to show up for them — to build strength, endurance, and resilience.

I can’t fully explain why I let it get to this point beyond the pain and discomfort. But I know this: I’m the only one who can reverse the effects of being immobile.

So, starting now, I move — for my health, my future, and my peace. 🌻
