Tuesday — A Taste of Flava

It’s a beautiful morning from the Tower. The sky is blue forever, and my bird friends have been stopping by to keep me company. I’m always happy to see them.

I’m only working a few hours this morning before I head into work—not to work, but to receive injections in both hips. After that, I’ll listen to my body and play the rest of the day by ear.

For now, I’m going to relax and take in my view.

This will be a busy week as I begin putting the pieces of my health and work plan together. But I don’t have to solve the entire week this morning. Today, I will take it one step at a time.
