As I journey through my 60s, I’ve grown more in tune with my body—and lately, I’ve been reflecting on my eyes.
Some days I notice floaters drifting across my vision. On others, I struggle with glare and clarity when driving at night. I recently learned I have a slight cataract in my left eye, and while it’s not serious yet, it’s a reminder that even something as natural as seeing the world begins to shift with age.
Night driving has become more difficult. Headlights feel sharper, and the shadows in my peripheral vision are more noticeable. I plan my errands during the day now and feel more cautious in ways I didn’t before.
👀 Have You Noticed Changes Too?
I’m not alone in this. I know so many of us experience vision changes—but we don’t always talk about it.
So I’ve been wondering:
👉🏽 Are there natural ways to support our eye health? 👉🏽 Do oral supplements or oil drops help with floaters or clarity? 👉🏽 Is there something others are doing that’s making a difference?
This isn’t about vanity—it’s about wellness, safety, and quality of life.
