A Sip of Flava ☕️
With Lady Flava
I’ve been noticing a shift lately.
Nothing loud.
Nothing dramatic.
Just small changes.
The way younger people pause before reacting.
The way they ask questions instead of pushing through.
The way they seem more open to guidance — even if they don’t call it that.
It makes me proud.
I grew up valuing elders. Their stories. Their timing. Their wisdom. And I always hoped that one day, I’d get to step into that role — not to control, but to guide. To strengthen. To protect people from mistakes I’ve already lived.
This world moves fast now. Sometimes too fast to notice wisdom unless it’s wrapped in noise. But I’m learning that influence still happens — just differently.
Quietly.
Through presence.
Through consistency.
Watching that shift reminds me:
Seeds don’t announce themselves when they grow.
Sometimes being an elder isn’t about being asked.
It’s about being felt.
☕ Sip slowly.
Growth is happening — even when it’s quiet.
