But instead, they hide behind titles and emails, behind policy and pride, pretending that silence makes it disappear.

It doesn’t.

It just makes the wound grow quieter and deeper.

People in power struggle with humility.

Admitting fault feels like weakness to them, even when it’s the only thing that would make things right.

They forget that strength isn’t in control — it’s in compassion.

I didn’t lose my integrity in that situation.
