Monday – A Taste of Flava

Good Morning Friends,

There are some mornings that don’t need anything extraordinary to make them special.

This morning I woke up to a beautiful Seattle sky. The sun is shining, the air is cool, and the world seems to be waking up a little slower.

One of my grandcats decided to spend the morning with me, sitting in the window watching the neighborhood come to life. There is something comforting about those quiet moments before the day gets busy.

Sometimes we spend so much time looking ahead that we forget to appreciate where we are right now.

A peaceful morning.
A warm cup of something you enjoy.
Sunlight coming through the window.
The beauty outside.
A quiet moment to simply be.

Those simple things can be enough.

I hope wherever you are today, you find a moment to pause, look around, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you. It may not solve every challenge, but it can certainly brighten your spirit.
