Saturday – A Taste of Flava
Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time researching the human body. Not because I have to… but because I genuinely want to understand what is happening with mine.
The more I watch videos about our skeletal system, muscles, posture, breathing, hips, pelvis, and how everything works together, the more fascinated I become. It’s amazing how one area of the body can affect another. The more I learn, the more it all starts making sense.
YouTube has figured me out. 🤣 Every day it recommends another video, and before I know it, I’m down another rabbit hole learning something new.
I actually had a funny thought.
If I had known years ago that I would become this interested in understanding the human body, maybe I would have gone to school for something in the medical science field.
Then I laughed.
I’m not the best test taker, and if life had taken me down that road, I might have missed becoming Lady Flava… and all of the incredible experiences that have shaped me into who I am today.
Life has a funny way of teaching us. Sometimes our greatest classroom isn’t a college campus. Sometimes it’s simply living life, asking questions, staying curious, and never stopping the desire to learn.
Have you ever become so interested in learning how something works that you found yourself researching it more and more?
I’d love to know what sparked your curiosity.
Well, it’s Saturday, and I hope you have a fabulous day!
