I stopped reacting and started observing.

I stopped absorbing and started understanding.

I stopped trying to fix the energy around me and started protecting the energy within me.

I’m not responsible for teaching grown adults how to close a folder, clean a desk, or manage their lane.

I’m not here to take on their frustrations or confusion or scattered thoughts.

My responsibility is simple:

Show up steady.

Show up honest.

Show up with integrity.

Show up as me.

That’s the shift in my voice.

It’s calmer.

It’s clearer.

It’s grounded in boundaries I didn’t always have.

It’s not afraid to say, “That’s not mine.”

I’m learning how to move through chaos without letting it move through me.
