ASipOfFlava| That Cheering Energy

A Sip of Flava – Sunday Reflection

As I sat glued to the TV watching the Seattle Seahawks vs the San Francisco 49ers, I was yelling, clapping, smiling big, and posting the score every quarter.

Pure pride. Pure excitement.

And The 12th showed up — loud, faithful, unwavering.

That stadium energy wasn’t just noise. It was belief.

Watching that made something click in me.

What if we showed up that way for ourselves?

For our families.

For our people.

For our work teams.

What if we brought that same energy, that same pride, that same I believe in you spirit into everyday life?

No waiting for perfection.

No holding back encouragement.

No silence when someone needs to be cheered on.

Imagine how different things would feel if people felt seen, supported, and believed in the way fans believe in their team — even on hard days, even after losses, even when the odds look rough.

We know how to cheer.

We know how to show loyalty.

We know how to show up with faith.

Maybe it’s time we turn that volume up for ourselves — and for each other.

Wouldn’t that be a beautiful thing?
