Today didn’t start slow… it started moving.

Phones ringing.

Messages coming in.

Work needing attention from all directions.

And still…

Somewhere in between all of it, I could hear the birds outside my window.

That moment reminded me…

Even on busy days, there is still peace if you allow yourself to notice it.

Today I stayed focused.

I stayed calm.

I handled what was in front of me without carrying what wasn’t mine.

And that made it a good day.

Not because it was easy…

but because I moved through it with intention.
