It’s a beautiful day — sunlight spilling softly through the blinds, the house quiet and calm.

Musty is curled up on the chair beside me, and Ghini has claimed the top of the cat tower, both napping without a care in the world. Their stillness brings such a sense of peace.

I feel good today — centered, grateful, and at ease. The quiet hum of this moment is exactly what I needed to prepare for the week ahead.

Sometimes, it’s not about doing more… it’s about feeling still.
