Love in motion — doing something that makes another person’s load a little lighter.

🤗 Physical Touch

The warmth of a hug, a hand on the shoulder, or sitting close in comfortable silence.

💛 My Love Language

For me, love speaks loudest through:

Quality Time — with my peace, my people, or just me and the quiet.

Physical Touch — a hug, a hand hold, or that energy exchange that says “I’m here.”

Words of Affirmation — not just compliments, but a listening ear that really hears me.

I’ve learned that love doesn’t always look the same for everyone —

but it always feels the same when it’s genuine.
