Wednesday A Sip of Flava ☕🌻

Good Morning Friends,

Yes… I’m in my tower window preparing to start my work day.

My hot water tumbler is full and ready. I’m not even sure if I’ll indulge in coffee today.

But I’m sitting here thinking…

Some people feel like I should be more mindful of my wording when I reach out.

And I have to be honest… sometimes that surprises me.

Because my intention is never to be rude or accuse.

But I am direct.

I do get straight to the point.

So I told myself…

👉 Be more mindful of your words… make them easier to receive.

And I will try.

But let me tell you something…

When I feel that little moment of agitation rise up…

I pause.

I look out my tower window…

At the sky…

At my entertaining bird friends …

And just like that…

👉 my nerves settle

Peace:
