Have you had one of those weeks where you’re just…
happy it’s over?
Yeah… that’s me.
TGIF.
Let me start by saying this—
I’m grateful I work from home. That’s a blessing.
Most days, I’m good with phone work.
I can mentally prepare, get in my zone, and I already know how my day is going to flow.
But let’s be real…
I’m the oldest on my clinic team.
That comes with years of experience—working with all kinds of personalities and serving all kinds of people.
And this week?
It was heavy.
All the way around.
Not one thing… just everything.
So today, I’m grateful it’s over.
And I’m even more grateful I have two days to just be.
This morning, I came back to myself:
Prayer
Meditation
Breathwork
Simple bed exercises
Setting my intention
Then I made my hot water…
because my body deserves that kind of care.
And just like that…
I reset.
Today isn’t about pushing.
It’s about:
👉 releasing
👉 resting
👉 and giving yourself permission to slow down
