💭 Grace and Work Ethic

I’m learning to hold both — Grace and Expectation.

Grace reminds me that not everyone moves through the world the way I do. Expectation reminds me that structure, timing, and routine aren’t restrictions — they’re anchors.

I believe in showing compassion, but I also believe that doing the work well, showing up on time, and respecting the rhythm of the team matters.

Finding that balance isn’t easy, but it’s part of my growth… learning that you can be kind and committed at the same time. 🌻
