Purposeful Movement with Heart: Why I Follow Justin Agustin
There are some people you come across in life that you don’t personally know…
but you can feel them.
That’s how it has always been for me with Justin and his sister, Nalie.
I started following them years ago when I was living in Las Vegas, and what drew me in wasn’t just fitness… it was the love between them. You could feel it through the screen. Their energy wasn’t forced—it was genuine, supportive, and full of light.
Then life shifted.
Nalie passed in 2022…
but her presence didn’t leave.
It lives on through Justin, through his work, and through the foundation their family created to continue supporting others walking through cancer.
And that right there… that’s purpose.
Why Justin’s Work Matters to Me
Justin Agustin isn’t just a fitness coach.
He is someone who understands that movement needs to meet you where you are.
And at this stage in my life—being mindful of my body, honoring my limitations, and still wanting to stay active—that matters more than anything.
His videos are:
✔ Short
✔ Clear
✔ Gentle but effective
✔ Designed for real people
Not just people in peak condition…
but people sitting, healing, rebuilding, or just getting started.
What I Love Most
I don’t feel pressured watching his content.
I feel invited.
Whether it’s:
👉 sitting in a chair doing toe lifts
👉 standing with simple balance movements
👉 or even exercising from your bed
He creates space for you to say:
“I can do this.”
And that’s exactly where I am right now.
I’m learning to incorporate purposeful movement into my day—not to push my body, but to support it.
And I find myself naturally coming back to his videos.
Not out of obligation…
but because it feels right.
Honoring Nalie’s Legacy
Nalie Agustin was more than an advocate.
She was a voice for people navigating cancer with honesty, strength, and grace.
Her story didn’t end with her passing.
Through Justin and The Nalie Foundation, her impact continues—supporting young women and reminding all of us that even in the hardest moments, purpose can still grow.
A Gentle Reminder
You don’t have to do everything.
You don’t have to do it perfectly.
You just have to do something.
Even if it’s:
👉 lifting your toes while sitting
👉 rolling your shoulders
👉 taking a short walk
👉 or stretching in bed
It all counts.
From My Tower to You
Sitting in my space, watching the light come through my window, noticing my birds, and taking care of my body in small ways…
I realize something:
Movement doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful.
If you’re looking for a place to start…
or a way to return to yourself gently…
I encourage you to check out Justin.
His approach is kind.
His message is clear.
And his heart shows in everything he does.
