🌿 Monday – Health & Wellness
How Well Do You Really Know Your Body?
Let me ask you something.
How well do you actually know your body?
Not what you think you’re doing.
Not what you post.
Not what your fitness app says.
Your real, everyday patterns.
Are you aware of what you eat — and when?
Are you paying attention to how much water you drink… or don’t drink?
Do you know how much real movement you get in a day?
Not errands. Not rushing.
Intentional movement.
How much solid sleep are you getting?
Not “I went to bed.”
Actual, restorative sleep.
Are you aware of how often you urinate — and what it looks and smells like?
How often you have a bowel movement — and the consistency, texture, regularity?
That’s not gross.
That’s health.
We create habits and patterns without even realizing it.
We normalize them.
We function through them.
We stay busy.
We to work.
We socialize.
We stay active.
But being busy does not equal being healthy.
You can be out and about every day and still slowly move toward a health issue you ignored.
Your body always tells the truth.
The question is — are you listening?
Over time, when we ignore patterns, concerns show up louder.
Fatigue.
Headaches.
Digestive issues.
Weight changes.
Blood pressure shifts.
Mood swings.
Joint pain.
Those aren’t random.
They’re signals.
Don’t take your health for granted just because you’re functioning.
Start today.
Pay attention to your patterns.
Notice your habits.
Be honest about what needs to shift.
Not in a harsh way.
In a responsible way.
You deserve to be the healthiest version of yourself possible.
And that begins with awareness.
