Tuesday Tower Window Wildlife with Lady Flava – 9:00am
This morning… I’m not at my strongest.
You can feel it in your body when something is off.
The heaviness behind the eyes… the slow movements… the quiet reminder that today is a gentle day.
I had to tell myself… go lay down.
And I did.
But before I settled in, I looked out my tower window… and there they were.

My little crew.
Roscoe showed up… sitting like he had somewhere important to be.
The Chip ran across the wire like he was late for work.
And the others… just moving, hopping, living… doing what they do.
Active. Present. Unbothered.
And I just watched.
Isn’t that something…
Even on the days when I don’t feel like myself…
life is still happening right outside my window.
They didn’t know I wasn’t feeling well.
They didn’t slow down for me.
They just showed up… fully in their rhythm.
And somehow… that helped me find mine.
Not by doing more.
Not by pushing through.
But by being still… and noticing.
Today isn’t a push day.
It’s a pay attention day.
And from my tower…
I’m reminded that even when I slow down…
life doesn’t leave me behind.
It comes right up to the window and says…
“I’m still here.”
