The Benefits of Beets… and Coming Back to Yourself

When I lived in Vegas, I used to juice beet root regularly. I would add it to my smoothies, mix it with carrots and apples, and just make it part of my routine.

Somewhere along the way, I got away from that.

The juicing.

The herbs.

The holistic approaches that once grounded me.

And now… I feel myself wanting to go back.

Let me be real with you…

Beets are an acquired taste. 😄

But I learned something back then that still sticks with me today:

👉 You don’t always eat for taste… you eat for what it does for your body.
