š³ The Roots and The Reach
Thereās something powerful about a tree that most people donāt stop to think about.
We look at the height.
The leaves.
The way it stretches toward the sky.
But we donāt see whatās happening underneath.
A tree grows in two directions at the same time.
While the branches are reaching for the lightā¦
the roots are digging deeper into the dark.
At the same time.
And that hit me.
Because life does the same thing to us.
šæ The Part People See
The growth.
The strength.
The way you show up every day.
The way you keep going.
Thatās the branches.
Thatās the part the world recognizes.
š The Part People Donāt See
The quiet moments.
The pain in your body.
The tears no one knows about.
The days you slow down instead of giving up.
Thatās the roots.
Thatās where the real work is happening.
And hereās the truth most people missā¦
A tree canāt grow tall without growing deep.
Those roots?
They donāt grow in comfort.
They push through:
hard soil darkness resistance
Just to create stability.
Sound familiar?
Because growth in life isnāt just about rising.
Itās about grounding.
Today was one of those root days for me.
My body slowed me down.
My hips reminded me Iām still learning how to move differently.
I had to pause, breathe, and listen.
Not push.
Not prove.
Just⦠be.
And in that stillness, something shifted.
Because even on the days we donāt feel strongā¦
weāre still growing.
Just not in the way people can see.
š» A Gentle Reminder
You donāt have to be āonā every day.
You donāt have to be rising every moment.
Some days are for reachingā¦
And some days are for rooting.
Both matter.
Both are necessary.
Both are growth.
So if today feels heavy⦠slow⦠unseenā¦
Just remember:
š³ You might not be growing up todayā¦
but you are growing deep.
And thatās what will hold you when you rise again.
