Let me say this clearly…

In healthcare, the patient experience does not start with the surgeon.

It starts with the first person who answers the phone.

The first person who checks a patient in.

The first voice they hear when they are unsure, worried, or looking for answers.

From that moment forward…

Every team, every role, every interaction matters.

There is the front line.

There are the individual doctors’ teams.

And there are the surgeons.

All of us are connected in how a patient experiences their care.

Because patients are not just receiving treatment…

They are building trust.

And if that trust is not there?

Even the best clinical care can feel uncertain.

I want patients to understand something…

The care you receive is not just one person.

It is a system of people working together.

And when that system is aligned—
