A Taste of Flava| I’m Going with The Flow

Saturday — A Taste of Flava

This morning didn’t rush me… it met me where I was.

I woke up slow, quiet, just letting my body speak before I tried to tell it what to do. And what I heard was simple—flow today… don’t push.

So that’s what I’m doing.

There are moments where I can feel that I’m still rebuilding—strength, balance, rhythm. Not in a way that feels heavy… just honest. And instead of calling it a setback, I’m choosing to see it for what it really is…

a transition into a new normal.

And I’m okay with that.

I had a conversation this morning that settled my spirit—one of those grounded, real ones that reminds you that you’re seen without having to explain every layer. It brought me back to center, especially when it comes to working from home and trusting the space I’ve created for myself.

That kind of clarity matters.

On a whole… I feel good.

More and more, I’m realizing there are people who can truly hear me and feel me—not just the words, but the space in between them. The part where I process, understand, and then let go.

And for that… I’m grateful.

It’s a beautiful day in Seattle.

And whether I step outside or simply take it in from my tower window… I’m going to enjoy it. No pressure. No expectations. Just presence.

Wishing you a wonderful Saturday.

However you need this day to meet you… I hope it does.
